A WONDERFUL JOB!

Hello All,

I was on-site for a large portion of this work and these workers did an excellent job...They we’re picky about making sure it was perfect...right down to putting concrete around the drainage pipe to secure the tiles.

They used 1.5 tons of leveling sand under it and compacted it firmly with water and a gas-compactor.

I have 60+ pictures.

I would definitely recommend them and be happy to use them again and again and again.

I had Choice Maintenance come and with in minutes I felt like I was with family. I had such confidence in them and there work is fantastic! My friends come over and are in constant wow of the job they did. They really can do it all. Now I have them doing home watch and they have a cleaning crew to get my place ready before I come home. Absolutely best thing I did when I moved to Florida was to listen to my neighbor and hire Choice Maintenance Group!

We have been with Choice Maintenance Group for over 7 years at North Star Yacht Club in North Fort Myers. They are absolutely fantastic. They not only check our condo once a week but have also done several repairs. They are trustworthy, very communicative and thorough. They go out of their way to make sure you and your property are taken care of. Two examples: One Christmas we were going to be short on time and I wouldn’t have had time to get Christmas presents wrapped. I contacted Michelle and she said “send them to Choice and we’ll wrap them” When we arrived at the condo all the presents were wrapped and on the counter. It made our whole Christmas stay way more enjoyable. The next example is truly a testament that Choice works for YOU!! During a hurricane our home designer/decorator decided he needed a place for him and his boyfriend to stay. On a home watch visit Choice discovered them in our condo. They called the police and stayed until the intruders were removed from the condo and continually monitored and communicated the situation to us by phone. They are truly a great company. I would recommend them to anyone who needs property management and security.
